Cars can be retrieved in 90 seconds through the automated car park system. Practiced in Japan for the past 30-years, it is safe, fast and efficient. It also minimizes land usage to eliminate space wastage in a multi-storey parking garage. Apart from this, the automated carpark concierge at ISOLA @ KLCC ensures the safety of its residents.

Speaking during the sales gallery opening ceremony at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng last Saturday, Mak Choong Moon the land owner where ISOLA KLCC is located explained that among the numerous features, what attracted him to the project was the safety elements that were given top priority. “By retrieving your car in 90 seconds, you eliminate the need to walk to the car park which in itself is safe. Furthermore, this system is the most futuristic made using the latest technology”, he said.

Meanwhile reiterating on the design, he said that the units were planned to appeal to the younger generation today with an emphasis on urban lifestyle. “Although the units were priced between RM1600 to RM1800 psf, the market has been quite responsive to the new concept which offers unprecedented view, light and ventilation along with a corridor not blocked by the neighbours. This combined with the luxury of modern living such as the resident lounge, sky pool, business centre, indoor and outdoor gym, party suite, yoga deck, an outdoor theatre and multipurpose hall made it more attractive”, he said.

Earlier, Billy Ong Kah Hoe, OCR’s Managing Director revealed that 55 per cent of the total 140 units targeted for completion in 2021 were already sold out.
A freehold project, each unit will have one to three bedrooms and built-ups of between 636 sq ft to 3,390 sq ft. It is easily accessible from Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Sultan Ismail, SMART Highway, Penchala Link Highway, SPRINT Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH).
