A Beach On The Penthouse

0

Yes, a beach high up there!

Verve Suites at Mont ‘ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur , offers a fancy new approach to contemporary living for the trend-setting and flashy professional. Featuring innovative living concepts, this is the first project in Mont ‘ Kiara that offers unique sky-recreational concepts in all of its four condo towers.

Verve’s creator Bukit Kiara Properties recently unveiled its latest in The Versilica Living Concept. Perched on the penthouse floor at level 34, The Versilica Sky Beach is a resort getaway for its residents and a place that somewhat mimics a beach with its coconut trees and sandy ‘shore’. Although, unnaturally confining to call a ‘beach’, it’s quite a feat to think up something like that and actually implement it.

The Verve Suites at Mont ‘ Kiara sits on 5.87 acres of freehold land, with a total gross development value of RM590 million. Like the rest of Verve Suites, all 250 units in the RM261 million Vox Tower come fully furnished and in sizes ranging from 462 sq ft (1-bedroom) to 1,395 sq ft (3-bedroom). The developer is offering two interior design options for the units priced from RM950 per sq ft to RM1,500 per sq ft.

All four of Verve Suites’ towers, Viva, Vibe, Vogue and Vox, will be fully realized in 2014, when the Vox Tower is completed. Three of the four towers that have been unveiled so far have been a hit with the market as both Viva and Vibe have enjoyed 100% sales while Vogue still has 5% remaining. The youngest Vox is being showcased at the moment to interested buyers and investors.

Back to the Sky Beach, the sandy ‘beach’ shares the space with a 20m-long lap pool or sky pool, a bar, recreation rooms, a jet pool, a sun garden and a grill terrace. As small as it is, you can still stick your toes into the fine white sand, and at 34 storeys off the ground you can expect some breeze blowing at the coconut trees while you and your other half sip on cocktails from the bar. Just remember not to bring your scuba gear along!

The Vertigo Living Concept at Viva Tower was designed as the ideal place to chill out or have a party. Called the Vertigo Lounge, it comes with a sky gym, theatrette, Jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, changing rooms, F&B facilities and sleek sofas.

The Hypercubes Living Concept at Vibe Tower resembles a three-dimensional cube. Aside from its aesthetical appeal, the Hypercubes Lounge on the 27th floor features a series of inter-connecting activity hubs. Sample your mastery chef expertise at Hyperkitchen and then dine with your friends at Hyperdine under the stars at night with a retractable roof. After an eventful day, you could also relax at the Hyperspa or Hyperchill.

The Concentrico Living Concept at Vogue Tower was inspired by the concentric circles of a tree trunk. Celebrating the designs of earth’s natural environment, residents can enjoy a nature escapade here where there are fascinating activities such as Podium Panorama, Cinema Paradiso, Dinner Al-fresco and the Aqua Gym.
