REHDA (Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association) continues to champion for greater connectivity and better affordable living for all Malaysians with the launch of MAPEX 2017 at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur recently. With over fifty real estate developers and their flagship developments, house buyers and property investors were spoilt for choice with a plethora of properties and affordable homes offered throughout the entire three-day event – reputed to be the largest and longest running property expo in Malaysian history! With an improved public transportation network, it is only aptly or fitting that MAPEX 2017 be themed, “Greater Connectivity for Better Affordable Living.”
In an exclusive interview with the organizing chairman of MAPEX 2017, we find out more about the man behind REHDA Malaysia, as Homefinder Malaysia gets up, close and personal with Datuk Ng Seing Liong. We highlighted Malaysian property icon Tan Sri Eddy Chen, the managing director of MKH Berhad, who was accorded the title of ‘National Leadership Excellence Award – Decade of Excellence’ during the recent Noble Excellence Awards 2016 held at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC).
