The topping-out ceremony marking the completion of concrete construction for W Kuala Lumpur Hotel and Tropicana Residences

The final concrete slab is poured by Dato’ Yau Kok Seng, Group CEO of Tropicana Corp and Zhang Zhao Xiang, Group CEO of China Metallurgical Group Corporation.
