Verdana is pegged at an average price of RM550 per sq ft to RM600 per sq ft. “This is in general keeping in line with our own DNA. We have been developing high end all the while, so this is the first opportunity for us to build at a slightly lower priced bracket but our high standards still maintained.

“Furthermore, we felt our location offers a bit more serenity compared to Mont’ Kiara and yet being in close proximity to it.

“The location itself holds a lot of promise. As the city gets bigger, Dutamas will get closer to the city, with the infrastructure that is going in there,” KC delightfully shares.

“The location itself will see an appreciation in the near future.”

In terms of accessibility, Dutamas is located in a strategic position of being adjacent to Mont’ Kiara, with access to Jalan Kuching, Jalan Duta, North-South Highway and the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway. Verdana too will benefit from the road widening process on Jalan Segambut currently underway. Other amenities from schools to dining and retail therapy to golf clubs are within reach as Verdana is flanked by other mature neighborhoods like Desa Sri Hartamas, Damansara Heights and Bangsar.

“Verdana is quite a superior product. It has the makings of a very good condominium. Once it’s completed, we can then see the full potential of the project.

“We will deliver well. If we don’t, it will be our downfall.”
