Seremban, 18 July 2017 – It was an exciting ball of a time and a rousing fanfare excitement at Seremban 2 as IJM Land held its annual Raya open house recently at Seremban 2 Sales Gallery – a Raya celebration and open house organized by IJM Land complete with live performances from your beloved local celebrities.

Themed “Riuh Raya 2017”, it was indeed a sensational evening for residents and visitors of surrounding communities who all enjoyed the fun-filled interactive activities and freebies at the event, while tucking in heartily to a sumptuous feast of buffet spread specially prepared by IJM Land consisting of every Malaysians’ favourite Raya dishes. In addition to the mouth-watering banquet, guests could also be seen showing off their best smiles and funkiest poses at Riuh Raya special photo booth, while some were trying their luck to win freebies at the “Spin the Wheel” activity. It was especially a great time for the kids, as young ones who attended the event gleefully received a special Duit Raya from IJM Land as well.

The highlight of the evening got most of the visitors jumping in exhilaration as Akim & the Majistret (most popular and current Award-winning Band in Malaysia) and Stacy (most talented and versatile female performer in the music industry since becoming winner of Akademi Fantasia Season 6) took to the stage performing popular favourites that kept the guest entertained at “Riuh Raya”. Celebs Adam AO and Zulin added fun to the evening as emcees for the festivity.
To add to the festive excitement, IJM Land also offered a special rebate of up to RM 10,000 for the purchase of selected properties at “Riuh Raya”.
