Leading Property Developer Honoured with Award Recognition
Petaling Jaya, 15 April 2019 – The sixth annual edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) recently celebrated the crème de la crème of theproperty development industry. LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) was awarded with the ‘Best Mass Market Development (Landed)’ category for Rentak Perdana @ LBS Alam Perdana. At the same time, LBS received the recognition of ‘Highly Commended in the Best Township Development’ category for LBS Alam Perdana, and ‘Highly Commended in Best Mid-End Condo Development (Klang Valley)’ category for Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil.

LBS Alam Perdana, the community-inspired township located in Bandar Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor won the ‘Highly Commended award in the Best Township Development’ category with its landed homes within a gated and guarded community designed for family-centric living environment. Since the introduction of the LBS Alam Perdana township in November 2017, LBS has successfully launched three phases of quality homes namely, Irama Perdana, Simfoni Perdana and Rentak Perdana.
The third phase of LBS Alam Perdana development, Rentak Perdana, was also awarded with the ‘Best Mass Market Development (Landed)’ category during the glitzy event. Rentak Perdana comprises of 856 units of double storey terraced houses and offers home buyers a cosy layout featuring four rooms with three bathrooms, affordably priced from RM519,900. This township development capitalises on spacious bedrooms and open living spaces, surrounded by lush landscaped greenery, making it an ideal home for families.
Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil (RBBJ) has also received recognition for the ‘Highly Commended in the Best Mid-End Condo Development (Klang Valley)’ category for its modern units, facilities and location. The development is strategically located in Bukit Jalil and is purposefully designed to meet the work and leisure needs of homebuyers. In a bid to appeal to today’s discerning home buyers, the development features more than 90 facilities and access to a plethora of shopping and dining options, comprehensively built to cater to both indoor and outdoor lifestyle needs of its residents. RBBJ did not fail to impress the judges with its quality and innovative designs as well as its carefully planned features.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2019 gala dinner, held at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, was graced by the Minister of Housing and Local Government, YB Puan Zuraida Kamaruddin. There were three main categories of awards, namely ‘Developer awards’, ‘Development awards (residential awards and commercial awards)’ and ‘Design awards’. Each nominated development project was judged based on a rigorous set of criteria such as design and amenities, strategic locations, value for money, use of space, unique selling points and state of completion.

Another exemplary accomplishment of Tan Sri Lim was the conferment of The Brand Laureate Hall of Fame – Lifetime Achievement Brand ICON Leadership Award 2015. Tan Sri Lim was presented the award in recognition of his perseverance through many years, resilience that has withstood the test of time, demonstration of strong leadership, deep industry knowledge and impeccable values of integrity and responsibility through LBS.
In appreciation of his contribution to the lasting relationship between Malaysia and China, Tan Sri Lim was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award 2015 during the World Chinese Economy Summit 2015 (WCES). The World Economic Summit honours entrepreneurs for their dedication, selfless service and innovative leadership. LBS marked new milestones in 2016, as the company was awarded the 5 Star Best Development Marketing Malaysia award for its lifestyle-concept development BSP21, and the 5 Star Interior Design Show Home Malaysia award for its Corallia semi-detached homes, at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Award (APPA) 2016. LBS also clinched the BrandLaureate Most Valuable Brand Award for Property Industry 2016 award in recognition of its esteemed reputation as a trusted property developer at the BrandLaureate Best Brands Awards 2015 – 2016.
