SkyWorld unveils Bennington Final Tower, Setapak


Revisiting SkyWorld’s most important milestones amidst the launch of its final flagship development, the Bennington Residences



SkyWorld Development Group  (“SkyWorld”) finally unveiled  its last tower  of  B ennington Residences at Setapak. The  event  was met  with  encouraging response, as it attracted close to 1,000 guests who showed up to v1ew the units. Guests, young and old alike, were also treated  to a host of fun and adventurous activities, which are synonymous with  SkyArena active lifestyles such as rock climbing,  obstacle inflatable course, Velcro dart football  and sand art paintings. Throughout the day, lucky draw prizes such as iPhones, iPads, Samsung phones and Nikon cameras were also given away to lucky visitors.


Bennington Residences’s Final Tower A consists of 284 units of contemporary suites with built-up ranging from 1,092 sq. ft. to 1,570 sq. ft. With a price starting from RM610,000, Tower A enjoys a host of amenities and state-of-the-art facilities boasting  five new  first features in Malaysia such as the iconic  loop pool,  triplex SkyGym, and SkyLounge,rainforest welcome lounge; with added 3-tier to 4-tier security levels as well as other rooftop facilities. Its highly anticipated launch came on the heels of two important milestones.

About 2 weeks earlier, Ascenda Residence, the Phase 1 of SkyArena, saw a successful ‘Topping-Of f’ ceremony, and the project itself is expected to be completed some three months ahead of schedule. To add more good news  for home buyers,  investors  and  the  Setapak communities at large, SkyWorld together  with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (“DBKL”) a nnounced major upgrading infrastructural works to and from the SkyArena  development. Back in  January  2016, Bennington Residences (Tower  B), the  second  phase  of  SkyArena was launched amidst positive reviews.
