The recent ‘KLK Property Showcase 2015’ held at Bandar Seri Coalfields Property Gallery, Sungai Buloh saw a parade of curious visitors and budding shoppers enjoy a feasting good time as they help themselves on various sumptuous/delectable free hot foods & cold beverages courtesy of La Famiglia and Oh My Fruit Juice food trucks respectively. Families with children who attended the property showcase were also treated to exciting kids fun activities. The highlight of the event was the property talk by speaker Mr. Ho Chin Soon (of Ho Chin Soon Research) who shared his thoughts and views about the next or future Growth Area and also the rapid growth and expansion in Greater KL North. KLK Land launched its first KLK Property Showcase 2015, a property sales campaign that will run from 8 August to 16 September 2015 featuring its respective flagship landed homes & commercial properties.

 

KLK Land is represented by its managing director Dato’ David Tan. As residential landed property prices escalated in established townships in the heart of Klang Valley, the market has seen home buyers moving to the northern growth corridor. Greater KL North comprising Shah Alam North, Puncak Alam and Sungai Buloh are seeing rapid growth with a myriad of established developer making their way there. Designated as “Sungai Buloh West”, this area is the next corridor of growth. “It is estimated that the Greater KL North population will reach 10 million by year 2020”, added Ho.
