FIABCI (Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Counselis Immobilers) is an international real estate non-governmental organization which organizes a congress in May, annually, to allow its members from 48 countries to share their expertise in order to improve the quality and competitiveness of their businessthrough sharing of knowledge, information and networking opportunities at local, national and international level.
FIABCI Malaysia will be organizing its 66th World Real Estate Congress at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor this May from 26th to the 31st and the theme for this year is, ‘Urbanization: Perils or Prosperity?’
According to YM Tengku Dato’ Ab. Aziz Tengku Mahmud, the President of FIABCI Malaysia, this is an important issue which needs to be addressed because by 2050, 70% of the global population will be living in urban areas.
The Mayor of KL City, YBhg Datuk Seri Hj Ahmad Phesal bin Hj Talib will be delivering a keynote speech to officiate the Opening Ceremony.
During the congress, the winners of FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards will be announced and the award will be presented.
D.Y.M.M. Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir and D.Y.M.M. Tunku Ampuan Tuanku Aishah Rohani binti Almarhum Tengku Besar Mahmud will be present to grace the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards Gala Dinner on the 30th of May 2015.
