A Fresh Appeal at Bukit Manda’rina

Taking the old and ordinary out of Cheras.

A fresh breath of air prevails as this once forgotten appeal is rejuvenated with a splash of 23 bungalows and ten semi-detached residences lavishly spread over four acres. And if you are starting a new family or looking to upgrade to a bigger house but do not want to move away from Cheras, Villa 33 at Bukit Manda’rina might just be the ideal home.

“People who have stayed here all their lives are accustomed to the life in Cheras and they would most likely upgrade to another place that is within the vicinity,” says Dato’ Soam Heng Choon, Managing Director of IJM Land Bhd. Low in density, this niche tropical resort-like paradise has a few delightful surprises, all personified in these marvelous abodes.

Sense of space…

Feel an enviable sense of space as you step into the two-and-a-half-story semi-detached or three-story bungalow units. Its double volume living space and eclectic floor plan allows for a roomier effect and visual depth, creating an effect of having five to six floors within the 2½- and 3-story. With the amount of space created, the ground floor can be turned into a social space while the upper floors made for private hideout with a fun combination of rooms and family spaces and lounges. Such arrangement is ideal for owners who like to host parties and yet, family members need not recline to their own rooms while guests are here.

Adding to the glitz, certain units come with an adjoining private outdoor breakfast terrace! Now, every part of your home exudes a different flavor just as how you want it to be according to your creativity and needs.

Just sexy…

The bathrooms too are just too good a peek. The wide glass window that adorns the master bathroom of the semi-detached residences lets you enjoy the view while taking a bath; then, walk out to the lanai from your bathroom and catch the breeze as it flows to the master bedroom. For the bungalows, the outdoor bath is no less enticing. If you ask me, this not only adds to the ventilation, it is just outright sexy.

Located in a matured area, surrounding Bukit Manda’rina is a host of communal and public amenities. Medical, financial and education institutions, restaurants and hypermarkets are within its reach.

Served by the Middle Ring Road 2, KESAS, East West Link, Cheras-Kajang Highway and the newly opened Integrated Transport Terminal at Bandar Tasik Selatan, going to the city center has never been this convenient and near.

For those who work in the city center, yet do not wish to stay too far from its confines, Villa 33 may just be the right one for you, spirited city dwellers !

Did You Know?

Bukit Manda’rina derived its name from Spathoglottis Mandari’na.ijm, a yellow-colored orchid hybrid that blooms all year round which IJM has sponsored.

What I Like

What I particularly like about Villa 33 is in its eclectic floor plans where a half flight of stairs lead to a few rooms and a family space. It creates visual anticipation and depth where practically every space could be turned into a functional space with an added flair! Notwithstanding a few delightful surprises that beckon you home.

In addition, its connectivity to a network of highways is just wonderful. It was a quick and easy drive from our Mont ‘ Kiara office, I tell you!
