Mah Sing Group, Awarded The Frost & Sullivan Excellence In Growth – Building Construction Industry Award


In mid April 2015, Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) received the award at a banquet held at  the Mandarin Oriental. The Chief Executive Officer of Mah Sing, Mister Ng Chai Yong, a believer of  innovation and creativity, attributed the success to his great and talented team. Mah Sing has been winning countless domestic and global awards for product design, concept, innovation and quality since two decades ago.

The Energy & Environmental Research Associate, Miss Harpreet Kaur said that the Mah Sing’s CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 28% from year 2010 to 2014 is attributed to the Group’s strategic and well-planned business model and strategies. She also added that Mah Sing has actively incorporated green features in its products and adopted environmental friendly and sustainable construction practices to reduce its carbon footprint in line with Malaysia’s vision to achieve a 40% reduction in carbon emission by 2020.

The Group’s projects range from medium to high-end landed residential properties to Grade A office buildings, retail projects, SoHo and industrial projects. Mah Sing Group Berhad is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and currently has 48 projects across the country, namely Kuala Lumpur, the Klang Valley, Seremban, Johor Bahru (Iskandar Malaysia) and Penang and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
