Low Yat Group’s Tribeca Residential Project Set To Refine KL Financial Hub

0

The Low Yat Group recently launched its latest high-end property development slated for construction in Kuala Lumpur’s golden triangle area. The announcement was made on 19July in an official ceremony which was graced by the mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Yang Berbahagia Datuk Seri Haji Ahmad Phesal bin Haji Talib.

Slated for development in the Bukit Bintang area, Tribeca is touted to be one of the best investment opportunities in Malaysia and the South East Asia region. This is attributed to its location of the development in the midst of an emerging financial hub, further catalysed by the ongoing works by 1 Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) to build the RM26 billion Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) – KL’s financial district – right next door.

“The area in which this project is located could not be more opportune given all the ongoing development around it. Tribeca is well connected to business and leisure infrastructure, all within walking distance away, made even more feasible with air-conditioned pedestrian walkways. The upcoming TRX just right next to Tribeca is set to become the Wall Street of South East Asia, on par with other economic giants in the region including Singapore and Hong Kong,” said Datuk Seri Haji Ahmad Phesal.

Among unique features of the development are two rooftop infinity pools and five distinct Sky Pods or breakout areas located within the building, each with its own theme and purpose. These include a Jungle Pod, a green living space complete with a kids play area; a Social Pod, which allows residents to socialize and entertain guests; a Zen Pod, a tranquil sanctuary with facilities for yoga and tai chi; a Business Pod, complete with meeting rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi and the fifth pod represents a fitness club.

“Purchasers of units can rest assured of huge potential of investment returns. The price per-square-foot of condominiums has increased 15-fold over the past six decades and will continue to rise due to increase in infrastructure and financial institutions in the Bukit Bintang area,” stated Executive Director of the Low Yat Group, Ms. Low Su Ming.
