UEM Sunrise Bhd (UEM Sunrise) shared the progress update on its multi award-winning luxury development, Arcoris Mont’Kiara on 19 July. During the session with members of the media, the company unveiled the interior of a two-bedroom Arcoris Residences, one of the five multi-functional components of the overall development.
Designed by internationally renowned Foster+Partners, an award winning London-based architectural practice, the design of the entire development is inspired by Machu Picchu, a 15th Century pre-Columbian Inca site in Peru where people live in an environment close to nature. Filled with elevated garden terraces, Arcoris Mont’Kiara is designed to be a natural environment surrounded by lush green landscapes.
Located on an ample six-acre footprint (1.5 million sq ft freehold development), the mixed-use commercial high rise development integrates five components – Business Suites (Arcoris Suites), SoHo (Arcoris SoHo), Service Residences (Arcoris Residences), Retail Plaza (Arcoris Plaza) and Boutique Hotel (Arcoris Hotel).
“The quint-component Arcoris Mont’Kiara which is targeted to be fully completed by the first quarter of 2016 will inject some new excitement into the existing township”, commented Puan Siti Mariam Mohd Desa, Chief Marketing Officer of UEM Sunrise.
“With only 30% and 10% balance of Arcoris SoHo and Arcoris Residences units left respectively, we would like to invite interested buyers to take this opportunity to be part of the new address for the world citizen”, said Puan Siti Mariam.
Meanwhile, Chief Operating Officer (Commercial), Mr. Raymond Cheah explained, “The overall development of Mont’Kiara comes in two parallel terraced blocks of 18 and 35 stories. The 18-story tower will house Arcoris Residences while the 35-storey tower will house the Arcoris Suites, Arcoris Hotel and Arcoris SoHo, with Arcoris Plaza below linking the two towers”.
Progress of each component is as follows:
