A gala night to commemorate brands as they celebrate BAM’s 16th anniversary…

The Branding Gala 2016, themed “Broadway, A Night at the Theatre”, to be held on July 18th, 2016, at Shangri-la, Kuala Lumpur. We are greatly & deeply honoured to have Her Majesty Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Haminah as our Guest of Honour to grace the 16th Anniversary celebration of the Branding Association of Malaysia. Branding Association of Malaysia will be celebrating 16 years of being at the forefront of bold branding movement. ‘internationalization’ – which has inspired hundreds of SMEs in Malaysia in embracing branding in their pursuit of entrepreneurship and business development. CIMB was also announced as the official anchor partner of Branding Association of Malaysia by its President. The Organising Chairman of Branding Gala 2016, Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, has also expressed his gratitude towards the overwhelming response of fellow members and close friends in support of the association.

 

 

We will be inducting 30 new members at the Branding Gala, including CIMB. Branding Association has been working on expanding its international outreach over the last few years and we have seen some great results. We have now reached out to 30 countries, thus our members are now able to gain access to these markets much more easily than before. This is done through regular courtesy calls to embassies as well as trade missions to various countries in collaboration with Matrade. We have also amended our constitution to welcome international brands on board as our Associate Members. CIMB is the kind of champion Malaysian brand that we are most proud to associate ourselves with. Through this partnership, we hope to raise the profile of our association, leveraging on the tremendous presence of CIMB, domestically as well as ASEAN.” – Datuk Eric Choong, President, Branding Association Malaysia.

 

 

The 16th Anniversary Branding Gala is expected to be attended by dignitaries from 20 countries, including government officials, business leaders, brand owners, captains of industries, CEOs, VVIPs, as well as special friends of the Branding Association of Malaysia. This prestige event will not only serve as a networking platform for friends and acquaintances, both old and new, but also signifies a splendid night to enjoy with great performances and entertainment lined up.
