    Jazz-themed launch gets rave reviews, records 80% take-up!


    It was truly an auspicious day for SkyWorld Development Group (“SkyWorld”) over the weekend, with its maiden project – SkyLuxe On The Park in Bukit Jalil received an overwhelming response from home buyers, recording over 80% take-up rate. More than 1,000 guests attended the official launch event and they were treated to an afternoon of jazz-themed festivities, as well as a guided tour of SkyLuxe On The Park’s two contemporary show/display units. SkyLuxe On The Park offers a total of 447 units of residences with built-up areas ranging from 661 sq. ft. to 1,224 sq. ft., upwards of RM600,000. At the end of May 2016, SkyWorld also started an online registration exercise to spur/arouse interests for the highly anticipated condominiums, and the exercise attracted more than 5,000 active enquiries and potential registrants!
