Topping-up ceremony to mark the completion of the final structural construction

 

 

 

KUALA LUMPUR, 30 AUGUST 2019 – IJM Land Berhad and its joint venture partner, FCW Holdings Berhad, co-developers for Savio, hosted a topping-up ceremony today at the rooftop of the development to mark the completion of the structural frame of Savio Multi Generational Suites.  Located in the emerging Segambut, Savio is the first of a three-phase development of Riana Dutamas, a 37-storey tower with a gross development value of RM565 million.  It has to-date achieved a take-up rate of 90%. With its affordable price, location, great connectivity and value propositions, it is no surprise then, that the project has piqued keen interest from home buyers and investors alike.  The 1,018-unit Savio remains on track for its targeted completion in 2021.
