Insurance giant KSK Group Bhd unveiled its property arm KSK Land Sdn Bhd’s iconic towers of 8 Conlay in Kuala Lumpur recently. Located on a 3.952-acre piece of freehold land on Jalan Conlay, this latest KL project is approved for mixed commercial and residential use.
With an estimated gross development value of RM4 billion, 8 Conlay will feature an eight storey podium block that will include two floors of basement parking and two floors of elevated parking, four floors of retail outlets and a banquet hall.
The 56-story Tower A apartment block will have 606 units while the 51-story Tower B will come with 541 units of apartments. The towers are interconnected via two skybridges. The hotel block or Tower C will have 260 units of hotel suites and 341 units of serviced hotel residences.
Priced from RM2,000 to 3,000 per square foot, this towering landmark will be designed by by renowned architect Ar Hud Abu Bakar from RSP Architects KL Sdn Bhd. It is expected to be launched in Q1 2015 with completion estimated at approximately five years from the project approval date.
