The Low Yat Group announced that an interchange at Km 12.9 (West) of LATAR Expresway will be constructed to improve connectivity to the group’s Bandar Tasik Puteri township.
An agreement was recently concluded for the construction of the interchange by the Low Yat Group, with a total investment of over RM100 million. To be completed by the third quarter of 2015, the interchange is expected to benefit more than 55,000 residents of Bandar Tasik Puteri, shortening travelling time to Kuala Lumpur and other districts. The LATAR Expressway connects Kuala Selangor to Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. A trip to the capital city now takes approximately 25 minutes.
Bandar Tasik Puteri Township, with a total GDV of RM7.5 billion, is a development spanning over 2,670 acres and is positioned as the Urban Regional Centre of North Klang Valley. The recent launch of Phase 2 of Garden Heights, a premium two-story semi-detached residential development priced from RM400,000, has seen a 90% take-up rate. With all of its affordable housing phases completed, new phases based of more premium designs will begin to roll out over the next 15 years.
