Towards better property consultancy and valuation services
Putrajaya, 5 August 2019 – Ian Scott International (M) Sdn Bhd has recently appointed Dato’ Sr Lau Wai Seang, a retired senior-ranking government valuer and Past President of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), as its first ever Chairman. Speaking after the official handing over of appointment at the Company’s Leadership Series program held just last month at Le Meridien Putrajaya, Dato’ Sr Rosli Atan who is the Proprietor of Ian Scott International Asia, said that Dato’ Lau will work hand-in-hand with the Company’s Managing Director, Sr Khaidzir Abdul Rasip to strengthen its operation in providing integrated real estate consultancy services including business and intellectual property valuations.
Earlier in June 2019, Tuan Haji Salem Kailany was appointed as the CEO of the holding company, Rentier Advisory Services Sdn Bhd and Executive Partner of Ian Scott International (M) Sdn Bhd, in charge of project management and development consultancy. With his background as former CEO of PNB Development and Senior Vice President of Sime Darby Property, Tn Hj Salem brings a wealth of experience to expand the Company’s services into niche areas in line with the vision of Dato’ Rosli.
The Company is currently the exclusive marketing agent appointed to sell an award-winning shopping complex in Petaling Jaya. It is also actively looking for partners to expand its operation throughout Malaysia and Asia Pacific.
