Segambut Tile & Interior Decoration Centre (STADEC) celebrates its first anniversary by generously giving out vouchers worth up to RM100,000 to its customers who have spent RM1,000 or more in any of the outlets here. STADEC conducted its First Anniversary Grand Prize Draw in its premise in Jalan Segambut on 3 October 2009 with an auditor, recorder and a scrutineer along with the participation of the tenants in order for the draw to be fair and transparent.

Five lucky winners are entitled to win a grand prize of RM10,000 vouchers each while five more will each win the second prize of RM5,000 vouchers. Ten other lucky winners will take home the third prize with vouchers worth RM2,000 each. According to Stephen Tew, the founder of STADEC, the prizes will be given out to the winners in a grand event that will be held on 24 October 2009 in STADEC itself. The list of winners will be announced through major newspapers.
